ORDER

This Court, vide its order dated 19.01.2021, disposed the matter by directing the 4th respondent to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing, to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Today the matter is listed under the caption for reporting compliance. The order has been passed in the year 2021. However, till date, the order has not been complied with by the respondents. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate seeks time to get instructions.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to appear before this Court on 19.09.2025.
