This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 304 days in representing the Review Petition SR.No.27838 of 2019. 2.In the affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the appellant, it has been stated that papers had been tied with other bundles and could not be traced out due to pressure of work. There was a delay of 304 days in representing the review petition.

3.In view of the above reason, the delay of 304 days in representing the review petition is condoned.

4.Registry may proceed to number the application to condone the delay in filing the review petition and list the matter before this Court on 04.07.2022.
