This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the case in F.C.O.P.No.847 of 2017 within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner herein is the husband 1/4

and the respondent herein is the wife who got married on 05.11.2003 as per Hindu and Christian Customs. Out of the wedlock, two male children were born to them. Further, the petitioner is a Hindu and the respondent is a roman catholic, after various arrangements to lead and cohabitate together, both their relationship broke down. Due to the misunderstanding and dispute between the petitioner-Husband and the respondent-Wife, the petitioner has filed FCOP No.847 of 2017 on the file III Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai in the month of February 2017. Hence, the present petition has been filed for a direction to the III Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the said case within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the case in F.C.O.P.No.847 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/4

this order and file report before this Court after disposal of that case. The parties concerned are directed to co-operate for trial, without getting any adjournment.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
