These applications are filed to amend the lower Court namely the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chengalpattu instead of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the order.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment as prayed for and issue fresh order forthwith.

4. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
