ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to call for the records and to quash the impugned order dated 29.05.2023 vide Se.Mu.AA.No.AA1/1333/2023, passed by the 3rd respondent and communication dated 21.06.2023 and online rejection order made in Application No.TN-52023061215980, dated 12.06.2023, issued by the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the 1st, 2nd and 3rd respondents to issue community certificate to the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that Schedule Tribe community certificate has Page 3/6
been issued to the petitioner on 08.09.2023 and a copy of the certificate has also been filed before this Court.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been issued with the Schedule Tribe community certificate, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
