This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with the FIR in Crime No.296 of 2024 dated 27.8.2024 on the file of the first respondent-Police and to quash the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.
3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.
4. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.296 of 2024, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur vide E-Filing No.LTN202300002495C202500223.
5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the magistrate concerned, after the case is taken on file.
