This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11761 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. H further submitted that, in this case A3 and A4 are still absconding.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11761 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
