and 24.07.2014 with regard to re-fixing the panel of B.T. Assistants for promotion to the post of High School Headmaster issued by the second respondent by his proceedings Na.Ka.No.999/C1 - E1/2014 dated 21.06.2014.

This matter came up for consideration before this court on 02.07.2025. As there was no representation for the petitioner, the same was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Today, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. In view of the same, this court is left with no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.

3. Be that as it may, this writ petition is filed by an association in respect of the service matters. It is now settled that no writ petition can be entertained at the instance of an association in a service matter.

4. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable at the instance of the petitioner/ association as well as on the ground of non-prosecution. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
