This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.3303 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.1387 of 2023 dated 07.03.2023 that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 5.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in this case is completed and the final report has been filed and the case is taken on file in S.C.No.20 of 2023 on the file of Sub Court, Dharapuram.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is totally relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
