ORDER
The instant Writ Petition is filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the Petitioner's proposal letter for approval of Termination of the 3rd Respondent dated 14.10.2022 and reminder dated 23.04.2025.
2. M/s.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the time of admission stage itself. 2/5

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner School is the Linguistic Minority Institution and in pursuance of the disciplinary proceedings, they terminated the service of 3rd respondent, for which, the 2nd respondent has to give approval and the same is pending from the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner had filed the present writ petition for appropriate directions.
4. At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 fairly submitted that they would pass orders on the pending proposal according to its own merits within a reasonable time.
5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
6. In such view of the matter, this Court without going into the merits of the case, deems it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to pass orders upon considering the Petitioner's proposal letter for approval of Termination of the 3rd respondent dated 14.10.2022 on its own merits and in accordance with law, 3/5
within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
