As there is no serious objection from the learned Standing Counsel appearing for SPCCG for the first respondent and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board for the second respondent for allowing this petition, this petition to substitute Mr.Sridharan in the place of Mr.Jayabal, Partner and change the cause title as M/s.Satheesh Mines and Industries rep. by its Partner Sridharan in the above writ petition in W.P. No.9765 of 2021 is allowed.
