ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 and A3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable u/s.363, 311 of IPC in Crime No.180/2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with the other accused, committed theft of the son of the defacto complainant, a three months old male child and thereafter, sold the said child to A1.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that A1 was already arrested and is in custody.

4. Having regard to the nature of allegations that the petitioners and other accused are involved in child racketing and selling of the same and that unless the petitioners are interrogated by the Investigating Agency, it is very difficult to unearth the racket behind the child theft. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The petition stands dismissed.
