The learned counsel for the appellants insists for hearing the criminal miscellaneous petition filed for suspension of sentence. However, this Court finds no genuineness in the representation made by the appellants that if the sentence is suspended, he will arrange to settle 81 depositors, who have lost money in the attractive schemes offered by the appellants.

2. Unless the fine amount of Rs.40,50,000/- is deposited, the petition for suspension of sentence will not be entertained by this Court.

3. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
