ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.This petition is filed challenging MSP Draft merit list for UG-Non NEET Courses, 2023-24, dated 27.06.2023 issued by the respondents. The petitioner claims that few days prior to the publication of the impugned draft list, he obtained certain online information about the marks he scored and the rank he was given but the same stands entirely changed in the MSP Draft merit list published on 27.06.2023. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner has given his objection.

3.Mr.J.Kumaran, the learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) appears for the respondents and makes a statement on instructions that the petitioner's objection is considered by the respondents and a revised draft list will be published in next couple of days.

4.The said statement of the learned counsel for the respondents is hereby recorded.

5.In view of the statement, nothing survives in the writ petition. This writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
