This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2020 seeking permission to celebrate temple functions in the two Panchayat Villages in their respective temples.

2. The representation submitted by the petitioner is not available and it cannot be considered by the respondents 1 to 4. 2/4

3. In view of the above, the petitioners are at liberty to submit fresh representation before the 4th respondent. On receipt of the same, the 4th respondent issue notice to the petitioner and the counter party to conduct enquiry and dispose the same within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
