ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 22.05.2024 passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.15132 of 2024 in W.P.No.13938 of 2024, thereby granted an order of interim stay of recovery.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that the scale of pay of the petitioner has been revised and he was granted revised scale of pay.

It is seen that this Court granted interim stay of recovery alone. The revision of pay scale is nothing to do with the order passed by this Court on 22.05.2024. Therefore, no contempt is made out as against the respondent and the present petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands dismissed.
