ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3098 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.21742 of 2024 dated 24.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3098 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.21742 of 2024 dated 24.02.2025 from the date on which, the order copy made ready.

This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court on 01.07.2025 has ordered the extension petition filed by the petitioner. He further submitted that, though, in the order it is mentioned as Crime No.269 of 2025, in the order issued by the Registry it has been wrongly mentioned as Crime No.268 of 2025. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh. Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions.
