This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m. and evening at 05.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.9682 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
