ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to pay earned leave salary and salary for leave on private affairs to the petitioner along with 18% interest per annum for the delayed period from 30.05.2014 till the date of actual payment.
The case of the petitioner is that, he sent a representation to the 3rd respondent dated 18.02.2025, claiming earned leave salary and also salary for leave on private affairs and the said representation is pending with the 3rd respondent. Hence the present writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus.
Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent would fairly submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation within a
reasonable time.

In view of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this Court without going into the merits of the matter deems it appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2025, and pass order on it's own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
In the result, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
