ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.17937 of 2020 dated 14.03.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents submitted that a Writ Appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner has filed a Writ Appeal challenging the part of the order passed in the Writ Petition.

3. Since the petitioner as well as the respondents are before the Writ Appellate Court by filing Writ Appeals, this Contempt Petition is closed.
