ORDER

This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for their wilful and intentional disobedience to the order of this Court in W.P. No.17937 of 2020 dated 14.03.2024.

2. In the Writ Appeals in W.A.No.3230/2025 & batch, filed challenging the order passed in the writ petitions, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.10.2025, has stated that no coercive steps should be taken pursuant to the impugned orders.

3. In view of the said order, the Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
