The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that a complaint given by Shahul Hameed was enquired and closed after ascertaining that the petitioner herein has withdrawn money using credit card of Shahul Hameed only by consent of Shahul Hameed. Since no petition pending against this petitioner, there is no question of harassing her.
