ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for modification of the conditional order dated 28.04.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13057 of 2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested on 19.03.2025 in connection with Crime No.7 of 2025 and he was released on bail on 28.04.2025 vide Crl.O.P.No.13057 of 2025 with one of the

condition to report before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, South Zone, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Similarly, the petitioner was also arrested on 12.02.2025 in connection with Crime No.1 of 2025 and he was released on 02.04.2025 with one of the condition to sign before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, North Zone, Chennai, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Learned counsel further submits that since the petitioner is regularly appearing before the Cyber Crime Police Station, North Zone daily at 10.30 am., as per order in Crl.O.P.No.8835 of 2025, he cannot able to comply with the conditional order imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13057 of 2025 and thereby he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8835 of 2025.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the

petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, North Zone, Chennai, on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., and the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, the Cyber Crime Police Station, South Zone, Chennai, on every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
