ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 12.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.718 of 2024, thereby directing the first respondent to communicate the vacancies if any in the department of Production Engineering and on receipt of the same, directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks. 2.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the second respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the second respondent by an order dated 31.07.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 31.07.2024 before this Court.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the second respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
