Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ to call for the record of the respondent in rejecting the application of the petitioner in Registration No.2892 for admission to the degree course in B.Arch in the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission, 2014, on the ground that the petitioner did not submit the NATA score card or the NATA hall ticket, along with the application, submitted before the last date i.e. on 14.06.2014 and quash the same and direct the respondent to accept the NATA score card obtained from NATA datd 20.06.2014 with the score of 103/200 and permit the petitioner to appear for counseling to be held from 21.07.2014 for B.Arch Courses in Scheduled Caste Quota.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the writ petition is now become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
