This is an application for condonation of delay of 117 days in filing the appeal.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the first respondent submits that the appeal is not maintainable. The said contention would be considered when the appeal is heard on merits.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.
