ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of order dated 12.01.2024 passed by this Court in WP.No.721 of 2024, thereby the first respondent had been directed to communicate the vacancies in the Department of Information Technology and on receipt of the same, the second respondent had been directed to pass orders within a period of eight weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent produced proceedings dated 26.03.2025 before this Court and submitted that the order passed by this Court made in WP.No.721 of 2024 2/4

dated 12.01.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid proceedings dated 26.03.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid proceedings dated 26.03.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
