ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on petitioner that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, twice a week (i.e., on every Tuesday and Saturday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by order dated 09.04.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.9785 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, twice a week (i.e., on every Tuesday and Saturday) at 10.30 a.m., is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
