ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 341, 294(b), 392, 397 IPC in Crime No.3600 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused had robbed a sum of Rs.500/- from the defacto complainant at knife point.
3.The learned counsel appeairng for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that there are totally two accused in this case and the petitioner is A2. The petitioner along with other accused at knife point had robbed a sum of Rs.500/- from the defacto complainant. He would further submit that the petitioner is a history sheeter in HS.No.52 of 2020 and he is having five previous cases pertain to the year 2017, 2018 and 2020. 5.Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is a history sheeter and he has five previous cases to his credit, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed accordingly. -sd/- 01/12/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
