Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.3600 of 2020, pending investigation on the file of the respondent.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 341, 294(b), 392, 397 IPC in Crime No.3600 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused had robbed a sum of Rs.500/- from the defacto complainant at knife point.

3.The learned counsel appeairng for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that there are totally two accused in this case and the petitioner is A2. The petitioner along with other accused at knife point had robbed a sum of Rs.500/- from the defacto complainant. He would further submit that the petitioner is a history sheeter in HS.No.52 of 2020 and he is having five previous cases pertain to the year 2017, 2018 and 2020. Hence, he vehemently oppose for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
