The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 279 and 304(A) IPC in Crime No.187 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has been charged for the offences under Sections 279 and 304(A) IPC and both the offences are bailable offences.
