2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the condition regularly and further investigation in this case is almost completed.

3. Considering the submissions on both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2285 of 2025, dated 05.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 2nd and 4th week of Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.
