Mrs.R.Annapoorani, Wife of Mr.S.Ritesh, the respondent herein has come to this Court with the transfer civil miscellaneous petition seeking for withdrawal of the pending H.M.O.P.No.797 of 2019 from the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore and to transfer the same to the Family Court, Chennai, on two grounds. Firstly, the petitioner being a lady aged about 23 years is residing with her parents at Chennai after the marriage that took place on 1.7.2018 at M.Wedding & Convention Hall, Vanagaram, Chennai. When the petitioner is residing in Chennai with her parents, her father is a small businessman in charge of day-to-day activities and his presence cannot be dispensed with. As the H.M.O.P.No.

797 of 2019 is listed almost once in a fortnight, the petitioner has to visit the Family Court, Coimbatore along with her father that takes almost an overnight journey from Chennai to Coimbatore and it causes not only problem to the petitioner, but also disruption to the petitioner's father's small time business. Secondly, the respondent's mother is a media personality and extremely affluent and influential person in Coimbatore.

his family may cause some problem. For these reasons, he sought for withdrawal of the pending H.M.O.P.No.797 of 2019 from the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to the Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent.

As the petitioner is residing with her parents in Chennai and her father is a small time businessman, it is very difficult to undertake a long journey from Chennai to Coimbatore every fortnight, as the H.M.O.P.No.797 of 2019 is also listed frequently. Therefore, accepting the request for transfer, the H.M.O.P.No.797 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore and transferred to the Family Court at Chennai and the learned Family Court Judge, Chennai is directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.797 of 2019 in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
