ORDER
This petition has been filed to extend the time by two weeks for surrendering and furnishing sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kanchipuram, as per the order dated 28.04.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13083 of 2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.13083 of 2025 by an order dated 28.04.2025, with one of the conditions that the petitioner had to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to the credit of "District Legal Services Authority, (DLSA), Chennai". However, the petitioner was unable to immediately moblize such a huge amount and found it difficult to deposit the same within 15 days. Immediately, after mobilizing the amount of Rs.25,000/-, the petitioner deposited the same before the DLSA, Chennai on 28.05.2025. As proof of payment, he also produced a copy of the receipt vide Cost.R.No.6353 dated 28.05.2025 before this Court, and the same has been taken on record.
3. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to the delay in paying the fine to DLSA, Chennai, he was unable to execute the sureties and bond within the stipulated period. The petitioner has now paid the fine amount and is ready to comply with the conditions. Therefore, he sought
for further time to execute the bond and also furnishing sureties before the Magistrate concerned.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the submissions made on both sides and the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and also considering the fact that the petitioner has now paid the fine amount and produced the proof thereof, this petition is ordered, and the time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to execute sureties and to execute the bond as imposed on the petitioner by this Court, vide order dated 28.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.13083 of 2025.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 15-07-2025 klt
