When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that nothing survives for adjudication, in view of the disposal of the civil suit as well as the first appeal. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, Second Appeal in S.A.No.266 of 2017, has been filed and it is pending before this Court.
2. In view of the subsequent events, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
