These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 431 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent on 14.02.2020; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent on 14.02.2020; to bring on record the respondents 8 th and 9 th herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 3 rd respondent and array them as the proposed respondents 9 and 10 in the O.P.proceedings.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing these applications.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the delay is condoned and all the applications are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the Original Petition.
