] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 148 days in representing the above writ petition as against the order impugned.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner has given sufficient reasons for the delay, to the satisfaction of this Court. Since the delay in representation has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
