(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the first respondent submits that the writ petition is rendered infructuous.
2. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. This only fortifies the stand of learned counsel for the first respondent that the prayer has become infructuous and further establishes that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
3. In light of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as
