Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Alagu Gowtham, learned Government Advocate for the sole respondent, Revenue Officer.

The petitioner which is the K.K.263, Mettur Dam R.S. Co-op Building Society Limited seeks a mandamus directing the sole respondent to fix market price in S.No.91/2A1A1 in Nehru Nagar at P.N.Patty Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District and issue violation certificate.

Learned Government Advocate places on record a copy of communication dated 25.02.2015 in terms of which the petitioner has been intimated of the fixation of rate as prayed for, at Rs.800/- per sq ft.

With this, nothing further survives in this matter and the same is closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
