CRIME NO.466 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.9383 of 2021 dated 23/06/2021 in Crime No. 466 of 2020, on the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.P.SAVITHA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 23.06.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition with regard to the appearance of the petitioner before the respondent police.

2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 23.06.2021 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month till filing charge sheet.
