ORDER

The petitioner's husband who was working with the 3rd respondent died on 11.04.2016. It is the case of the petitioner that after the petitioner's husband died, the terminal benefits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

have not been settled. The petitioner had sent a representation dated 03.03.2021 to the 3rd respondent.

The aforesaid representation of the petitioner has not evoked any response from the 3rd respondent.

2.Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed by directing the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate order of the petitioner's representation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
