record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 3.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to give effect to the order of the First Respondent dated 26.11.2011 based on the representation dated 26.08.2013 made by the Petitioner.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the First Respondent has passed further order on 08.01.2015, on the aforesaid representation made by the Petitioner and a copy of the same has been produced, which is placed on record. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. However, this would not preclude the rights of the Petitioner, he is still has any grievance, to work out his remedies for necessary relief before the appropriate forum in the manner recosgnized by law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
