ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the petitioner's father name in the petition and order copy as "Mr. Sekar" instead of "Mr.Sankar" in Crl.O.P.No.15116 of 2025 dated 14.05.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as A9 in Crime No.124 of 2025, the petitioner herein approached this Court seeking bail in Crl.O.P.No.15116 of 2025 and this Court, vide common order dated 14.05.2025 granted bail to the petitioner herein. However, the petitioner's father name is mentioned as "Mr.Sankar" instead of "Mr.Sekar", as the same was erroneously mentioned in the petition. He also submitted that even though the petitioner was granted bail, due to mismatch of his father's name in the bail order copy, he is unable to execute the sureties and bond.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.15116 of 2025 dated 14.05.2025 and issue fresh order copy.
