PRAYER in W.P.No.906 of 2016: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st, 2nd and 3rd respondents to provide adequate and appropriate compensation to the petitioner' sons Kishore Kumar, S/o.Isai Thamizhan aged about 23 years and presently under incarceration in Cr.No.1444/2015 on the file of H-3 Tondiarpet Police, for the custodial violence meted out to him by the 5th respondent, in pursuance to the representation of the petitioner dated 04.01.2016.

PRAYER in W.P.No.907 of 2016: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st, 2nd and 3rd respondents to provide adequate and appropriate compensation to the petitioner's son Jinnu @ Suraj Jinesh Kannan, respectively, aged about 23 years and presently under incarceration in Cr.No.1444/2015 on the file of H-3 Tondiarpet Police, for the custodial violence meted out to them by the 5th respondent.

COMMON ORDER Today, these cases are listed under the caption "For Withdrawal" based on the letter dated 27.04.2019 submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners also sought permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions and has also made an endorsement in the petitions to that effect.
