This application is presented by the plaintiff for permission to exhibit additional documents. Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the four additional documents are the assignment deeds under which the design registrations were assigned by the original proprietor to the plaintiff. The defendant has no objection to this application being allowed. By taking into account the reason stated by the applicant, reasonable cause is established. Consequently, this application is allowed and the plaintiff is permitted to exhibit these additional documents subject to the right of the defendants to file affidavit of admission / denial in respect thereof and also raise objections in course of trial inter alia on grounds, admissibility, relevance and proof.

2. As a consequence of these developments, the schedule for recording evidence requires revision. After ascertaining the availability of witnesses and the convenience of counsel, the following revised schedule is fixed: SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J.
