This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in IA.No.116 of 2019 in OP.No.561 of 2017 on the file of the Hon'ble Subordinate Judge at Poonamallee, Thiruvallur District dated 02.04.2019. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the main HMOP for restitution of conjugal rights filed by the wife in HMOP.No.561 of 2017 was already dismissed. That apart, the respondent filed petition for divorce and the same was allowed by the same Court. Aggrieved by the same, the wife also preferred civil miscellaneous appeal before this Court, in which she also filed another application for the very same relief for return of articles, which is pending.

Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 03.01.2023 Speaking/non-speaking Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes lok 2/4
