The petitioner has come up with this writ petition challenging the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings No.Nil, dated 10.07.2014 and quash the same and for consequential relief.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more and he seeks liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to approach the competent authority for the relief sought for in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition stands closed by granting liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to approach the competent authority. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
