2. The transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience of the wife who is a resident of Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai.

3. Despite service, the respondent/husband has not chosen to appear before this Court either in person or through counsel duly instructed.

4. Considering the convenience of the wife and the fact that the proceedings are pending before the I Additional Family Court, Chennai, HMOP No.412 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Salem and transferred to the I Additional Family Court, Chennai to be disposed of in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
