ORDER

These petitions have been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.2 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report is ready to be filed and it has now been sent for getting the opinion of the learned Public Prosecutor.

4.In the light of the above development, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR at this stage. After the final report is filed and if the petitioners are also added as an accused in the final report and If they are

aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioners to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.

5.These criminal original petitions are disposed of in the above terms.
