This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.A.No.1844 of 2022, dated 20.12.2023. 2.This Court has dismissed the Writ Appeal confirming the order passed by the learned Single Judge in the writ petition. When there is no specific direction by this Court while dismissing the Writ Appeal, a Contempt Petition will not lie before this Court. It is open to the petitioner to file a Contempt Petition before the learned Single Judge. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
