ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition that petitioner shall report before the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Tiruppur, on all working days at 10.30 a.m, until further orders imposed by this Court Crl.O.P.No.32298 of 2024 by order dated 02.01.2025 on the file of this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition that petitioner shall report before the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Tiruppur, on all working days at 10.30 a.m, until further orders is relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
